CBSE Board: Class 12th Economics Re-Exam on April 25; Class 10th Math Paper Date isn’t decided: Well, reports are saying that HRD minister today announced the date of Economics Exam of 12th class. As per the reports, Class 12th’s Economics exam will be held on 25th April 2018 and Class 10th’s Math Exam date will be decided in next 15 days. Overall, it is official now because in a press conference education secretary Anil Swarup said that the board will take a call in the next 15 days if there was a need to retest for class 10 Math exams.

Also, a preliminary inquiry has revealed the Class 10 paper leak occurred in Haryana and Delhi-NCR, which is why re-exam will be held only in these two regions. Overall, some reports are suggesting that this leak isn’t a good thing because there is some chance that the leaked paper would have travel out of the region area through the Internet and other sources.

Overall, the official said, “Regarding Class 10th re-examination, as the leak was restricted to Delhi and Haryana, if it at all a re-exam will happen, it will happen only in Delhi and Haryana and a decision will be taken on this in next 15 days. If at all a re-exam is done, it will be in July.” Also, he added that they made this decision in the interest of the children. You all may know that CBSE board announced the retest of these two exams but now this press conference is clearing things out.

“Our immediate concern is for the children who have suffered and this decision is in that context. We will nail the person who did this,” the education secretary said and he added that they’ll not be going to organize the exam outside India because there has been no leak outside India. Also, you all should know that six students were detained by the police in Jharkhand’s Chatra district in connection to the papers leak.

Delhi Crime Branch has also been cracking down, and questioned 45 people since yesterday, including the administrators of the 10 WhatsApp groups, coaching centre’s owner, 18 students and some tutors, about the leak.
